| The Chacko's Story: Chacko's began as a catering company in our home in 1998. We quickly gained a following with our lunch boxes and had to move to 6001 Johnson Drive location. Chacko's Bakery and Catering opened a full line bakery and catering in May 2000. Chacko's is named after our son. Elizabeth, our daughter, had a corner store and breads named after her. After 10 years at 6001 Johnson Drive, we moved just 4 doors down to 6009A Johnson Drive on July 27, 2010. The new location is called Chacko's Eatery. Focusing on lunches, specials, boozy fridays, desserts and drinks. Check out SpeakEatery..3 course meal for only $20.00...B.Y.O.B. We are still a scratch-baked restaurant.
